Augustines Darzs

The street front of Augustīnes Dārzs is a 1907 tenement house by architect Aleksandrs Vanags. Its National Romantic facade still carries ornaments inspired by folk patterns. Two more buildings sit behind it at Alauksta iela 7. They are former workshops that the Sampling architecture studio reworked into apartments and two-storey townhouse-style homes. The completed homes for sale have 2–4 rooms, range from 33 to 47 m² and are located on floors 1 to 4.
