Alfrēda apartamenti occupies a historic building at Kalniņa A. iela 6, in a calm part of central Riga set slightly back from the busy Old Town. The building lies within a UNESCO World Heritage site and was carefully restored, then reworked into a club-style residence. Old Riga is about 10 minutes away on foot, and the Central Station with the Origo shopping centre is around 5 minutes away. Vērmanes dārzs, the Esplanāde, Kronvalds Park, the Riga Circus, the Latvian National Opera and the 19th-century Berga Bazārs are all nearby. The beaches of Jūrmala are 25 km from Riga.

The apartments
