Delu 4

At Dēļu 4 in Riga, a historic industrial building has been rebuilt as a Class A office centre with roughly 12,000 m² of leasable space. The reconstruction was completed in 2025. Some wings opened to tenants before the full project wrapped up.

Who is it for?

It suits businesses that want the character of industrial architecture combined with up-to-date building services. Floor plates reach 2,000 m² and can be split into units starting at 330 m². That makes room for a mid-sized team or a company that wants a whole floor to itself. Fit-out is carried out to the tenant's specification. The building also offers storage and warehouse space, such as a 460 m² unit on the ground floor (floor 1).
