KERN RESIDENCES

Completed in 2018, this four-storey building at Citadeles iela 6 stands within the historic Riga Citadel. It takes its name from Anna Kern, the muse of Alexander Pushkin, who wrote letters to the poet from this very spot for years. Their brief encounter gave the world the poem “I still recall the wondrous moment”, and that story shapes the building.

Who are these homes for?

The second and third floors hold apartments in a range of layouts. They work well for couples and for families with several children. Investors seeking a central property to let to visitors are also well served. The top floor is reserved for penthouses with a private lift, generous terraces and views over Republikas Square, while offices occupy the ground floor.

What comes with the apartment?

• 2–4 rooms, with a listed area of 162 m²;
• white-box or partial finish, unfurnished and ready for your own interior; bath and shower;
• balcony, adjustable heating, lift;
• underground car park in the basement, with room for every resident;
• concierge, on-site security, alarm system and a playground.

What is the setting like?

The building sits among the Citadel's historic architecture in the heart of Riga, close to the water. High-quality materials meet a contemporary interior throughout. Shared areas and grounds are kept to demanding standards for residents and guests alike.
