A 19th-century industrial complex on the corner of Hanzas iela and Rūpniecības iela is being converted into homes. At Signature House by Wolfschmidt (Rūpniecības iela 30 and Hanzas iela 18), the red-brick façades, tall arched windows and original detailing stay in place, while the interiors get contemporary layouts. Construction is under way, with completion scheduled for 2027.

The complex covers roughly 7,000 m² and holds 89 apartments plus 3 commercial units. Homes range from compact flats for one person to generous apartments for families.
